Hi Can anyone tell me where I can purchase some new plastic headlight lens covers for my 1999 Gulfstream Sunvoyager Millenium edition

Can you determine who the manufacturer of the headlight assembly is? If you can, the lense may be available through an auto parts store like Autozone or NAPA.

Look for numbers on the lens or remove the whole unit (usually just a couple of screws) and look for numbers on the back. They are usually headlight units from domestic autos, easy to find and buy. If the lens is just 'frosted' you might try a headlight polishing kit. It's lots easier when the unit is on the workbench.
