We use the Command strips to hang things on the walls. There are different sizes to hold all kinds of weight. They come off without damaging the wall covering.

Depending on the weight, etc. We plan on using the command strips. I understand they hold objects well, can be removed without damage in most cases (test to be sure), and come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and attachment options.

Like These.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Velcro works well as you can remove the clock to change the batteries!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

We use command strips with Velcro. The heavier the object, the more strips we use. Like what was said before, makes it easy to change batteries.

We use like what most have said the 3M command strips. The HD ones can hold around 5 lbs. So you should be okay for your clock. Make sure you clean the wall where the hanger is going to be located. If there's dirt, oil or dust it may compromise the hanging strip. I use denatured alcohol to make sure the wall is oil free. Test first in some out of the way area to make sure it wouldn't harm the surface.

I've had good luck with short #6 screws and some Velcro strips at the bottom.

I have a good sized clock and we use Velcro to hold it. It has been hanging continuously for 5 years now.
