Hanging up the keys...coach for sale

We have decided to hang up the proverbial keys and sell our 2004 American Tradition. It's been a great coach and we've had 20 total years of RVing fun to remember, but for us this era is drawing to a close. My wife has an incurable cancer and gets chemotherapy every week. We have to stay in places where she has an established medical team, so that restricts our freedom to move around at will. In light of that, we have decided to rent a cottage rather than just drive the coach somewhere and park for 4-5 months. Next year we will stay in Black Mountain, NC (near Asheville), an area we love.

If anybody is interested in a lovingly-maintained high-end diesel pusher, check out my ad in the Classifieds at http://www.irv2.com/rvclassifieds/sh...?product=10194

Wow! Sorry to hear about your problems, and hope all goes well with her medical problem and selling of the coach. Take care.

Best wishes, Gary. At some point we all will need to make hard decisions like the one you've made.
I hope your NC retreat is a peaceful, comfortable place for you and your wife. -Ron

Sorry to hear about your wife's cancer. My wife is a breast cancer survivor. We are in Asheville @ Billy Grams Training Center doing volunteer work. It is really pretty here now. We will remember you in our prayers!

Hello Gary,

Like the others above, our prayers will go out to you and your wife, hoping for the best, most peaceful outcome for you and for her. My wife and I actually live in Black Mountain (have for 12 years) and like you, we love the place!

Here's hoping for a very respectable offer for your coach as you transition into this next, difficult phase.

Sorry to see this! I just went through this with my late DW and can appreciate what you're going through. Prayers for you and the missus. Take care of yourself too. I know that's hard to do as you're so focused on her. I know I neglected my health and needs over the last few years!
Take care of her and enjoy what you can for as long as you can!
