Hankooks are a very good tire, cheaper then Michelins and they do not have the sidewall cracking problem.

I think they are a good value. Price wise a hell of a lot better than the Michelins. Put them on my Foretravel M/H several years ago. Liked them so much I put a set on my one ton dodge at the time. Getting ready to put a set on my present coach but will wait until I get back to Arizona where it seems I could get a better deal. Yuma is where I bought the last set.

I'm thinking of getting the AH22 tires for my 2004 Winnebago Vectra. FMCA has a tire discount for Hankook too like they do for Michelin. We have Michelin's now but the good reviews on Hankook and the lower prices made us decide on them. Anyone have the AH22 tires?

FMCA discount program covers these Hankooks for my size:

AH22 - 3001717 - $369.28
DH15 - 3001916 - $395.69
Regional - 3001717 - $403.91
Regional - 3001916 - $430.28

Can't find the differences between these on the Hankook site.
Anyone have any ideas on which model is best for a 36K lb. coach or any website that lists the info showing the differences?

Thanks.

I’ve had Hankook AL11’s for the last 7 years with zero issues. Currently replacing them with AH37 via FMCA pricing. $200/tire saving over Michelin. This was also the factory brand on our 2014 Equinox Toad. Again zero issues.

When I asked dmca for an estimate the AH37's we're not on the list they gave me. Only the ones in my post above. How long ago did you get yours?

Oh ok. That's not my size. Wonder why AH37 is not available in 275/80R 22.5"

I considered getting Hankooks but decided to go with Toyo tires partially due to recommendation of the owner of a local trucking firm where my MH is stored. I'd check prices for both and then decide which you want to go with.

I replaced Michelins with Toyo's on the recommendation of a couple of friends who had run them for several years. Very happy with them. My son's partner uses Hankooks on his Tri-Axle semi and is happy with them. Either one will serve you well.

We have Toyo 154 245/75R22.5 all around on the Coach.

Just put some Hankook's on one of the cars several months back. Very happy with the ride and even more so with the price and warranty.

Unfortunately, Hankook doesn't appear to offer a 245/75R22.5 so will probably stick with Toyo. Amazon has them for $306 (including shipping, tax extra) and the local Les Schwab will install them (they also offer the Toyo's, will have to see if they will match Amazon's price, of course install, balance etc extra).

The seller (2nd owner) had a Goodyear spare (same size) in the Coach when we purchased it, he said the 245/75R22.5 can be difficult to get in some areas without some delay).

I guess the Coach's Rim Widths are 6.75-7.50, not as wide(?) as others.

A 295/75R 22.5 is virtually the same size tire as a 275/80R 22.5, check it out. I have 275/80 Michelins on my coach and next year I will replace them with 295/75 WHATEVER since the 295's are a lot easier to find and usually a bit cheaper.

Thank you. That clears it up for me.

We had Hankook's on a van that we purchased and used to tow a toy hauler. They rode very smooth but appeared to loose traction when the road was wet. Checked TireRack.com user's reviews and it confirmed that in other's reviews. Switch to Michelin.

Tire compounds change so this might not be true on tires purchased now.
