Hardwood floor completed

We have finally completed the removal of the tile and carpet in our MH, and installing hardwood. We decided to keep the carpet in the Bedroom. Having never installing hardwood. I can say this has been a learning experience. Would I want to do another one? Well at least I wouldn't be so inexperienced.
Removal was the worst task. If you are removing glued tile I suggest a air chisel. Saves hitting knuckles with hammer and saying things that BOH fusses about. We glued the new floor. Really messy job, but cleans up with thinner. I didn't follow Ernie's suggestion and add 1/4 plywood to the slide. I did my own thing of notching the slide floor, gluing and extending it to pass the rubbing blocks. This probably will cost me in the future. The slide rides very close to the floor when retracting.
We trimmed the slide and steps with stair nose. That turned out to be more work, but it looks better.
We removed a sofa, installed a Euro recliner. That leaves just enough room for a small cabinet/computer stand in the front corner. Waiting on instructions at this point. Overall we are satisfied with it. I think it will be easier to keep clean, and we hated the tile.

That looks wonderful! Could be one of my projects down the road. Should be a little easier for us since we do not have any tile- just fake tile in the bathroom.

That looks really nice. We have plans to do that in the Spring. Did you use a manufactured wood floor and if so what was it?

I floated the main path with 5/16" hardwood last summer and will do more with one of the slide this summer. Floating is very easy and so far were likening it very much. What were your issues with the slider?
