Harney Durango Hydraulic Jack Problems

I am actually posting for my dad, but we are on a family vacation and we rented an RV. We had to move from one camping spot to another and when we were going to pull up the hydraulic jacks, we realized the back right one wasn't retracting as high as the others were. At first, we just put the others down and then tried pulling them up again, this didn't work so we let the RV sit for a couple hours, and when we tried to pull them up again, the back right jack still wouldn't go to the correct height. Does anyone have any possible suggestions or solutions that we could try?

Once again, it is a Harney Durango 37' RV.

You can try to spray them with silcone spray you can take a board to lift it up the rest of the way if it's sticking all that should been checked before they rented it to you
