I used it on our previous MH. It's not a simple job but not overwhelming. Make sure your current roof is scrubbed and rinsed clean. Try do apply it on a cooler, cloudy day. Once you mix the activator in it starts to cure. The warmer the temp the faster it cures. So once you start you have a limited amount of time to apply it. It's not like you have to race through the job but you can't take your sweet old time either.
I used a squeegee to spread it out and a small foam roller in tight areas. Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind throwing in the trash when you're done. The stuff is stringy when power or dipping it out, you will get it on you. Results were good, I used Liquid Rubber, same stuff as Liquid Roof but comes in a bright white as opposed to an off white. Been a few years, I'll try to remember more details but I'm sure others will reply.
