Have you been towed?

Recent post regarding towing cost seemed like I saw more diesel than gas. Though it was time for a poll.

Perhaps you should have added a no for each category

I have had a tow - not because of mechanical issues but my brother and I got stuck in the mud at the Martinsville race last fall. We were 2 of about 50 that got stuck. Fun stuff!

Yep. On the way home from Florida this year. Lost the alternator in Brunswick Ga. and had a coachnet tow to Blackshear Ga. Good driver did a nice job, Service facility did OK and I was on the road a day and a half later. Thanks, Coachnet.

Do diesel drivers get stuck in a ditch more often? Or have more highway accidents? My gas coaches were never towed, but my diesel was (after we rear ended a car in a highway accident).

I was towed from a campground when I had Progressive insurance. The only cost to me was the uplift due to wanting it towed to my regular service center as opposed to the closest.

Not sure what one could really conclude from this poll......given that if I've ever been towed, I would probably read the thread title and open up this thread and vote....but if never towed I wouldn't bother (even though you now have an answer for no). There also is no timeframe given, so a yes or no vote from some owner of one year, counts the same as an owner of 20 years that may have had multiple coaches and types (and more possible to have had a tow). But I voted anyhow!

Why? I only care about people towed. Next time, how about asking the post originator about modifying the post. Thanks.

My bad :( I thought ( first mistake ) that you wanted results both ways.
I've corrected it.
Sorry
