Hi Elmer,
The way to go about your headlight is to find all the numbers on the headlight and then Google them to see who made them,like Ford or GM or...
Then try ebay,amazon or your local car dealer.
Hope this will help you,perhaps someone with a 99 Discovery has more info.

Call Fleetwood Customer Service and ask them what the original headlamp was from. They used a Ford Taurus headlamp in some models about that time. Mine has a Cadillac headlight assembly. It will be something that came from the automotive world.
