Head light low beams
cant get the low beams to work on my 1999 safari continential 425 panther

Does that mean your high beams do work? The high and low beam lights are often on different fuses, I'd start by checking those. Also, some headlight systems use a relay to handle the high amp draw of headlights. Check and see if there's a relay in your system. If your low beam lights are separate from the high beam lights, also you could check to see if you have a good ground connection at the low beams. A multimeter and a jumper wire would be good tools to use when exploring.

yes the high beams work
what happened we replaced the head light fxtures and after about a month the blue light on the dash went out that tells you the high beams are on and then a week later it started working again and the low beams quit working

Sounds like a bad hedlight relay or broken control circuit to it.

we have power from the breaker and all the grounds are hooked up on the ground bar
cant find any relay
bulbs are good
what about the switch under the stering wheel

When you change from low to high beam, do you hear a click from more than the switch? If so, that's your relay. If your switch to go from low to high is on the turn signal stalk, I'd bet there's a relay, the turn signal stalk isn't beefy enough to handle the amps of low/high beams.

I know I hear a click from the stalk but not a second click I will listen next week when i get back to the building
