If you look at the bottom edge of the headlight you should find a part number. You can google the number and usually get a couple aftermarket suppliers that list the part. My Monaco has the same headlights. I found out they are for the Ford F150 '04-'07 like already mentioned. The part number on mine were from an aftermarket company anyway. I have replace headlights on my car with aftermarket parts and they are not holding up like the factory originals.

If you find they are the same as a car/truck I have the following suggestion...
I went to replace one of the fog lights on one of my vehicles and that lamp was about $130 from the dealer... I found the exact same unit at RockAuto.com..... it was $35 + some freight... when I removed the broken lamp it was exactly the same with the same markings on the plastic housing...
Geez.. will I get my hand slapped for suggesting a supplier?
