While we are asking. Does anybody know the automotive headlight that was used in my 2006 bounder 38L. There are no numbers on the headlight lens.

I just Googled the tye number and in 2 seconds it said they are from a Mercury Marque and cost $48 each. Bur before you do that try buying a box from McGuires at your local Auto Zone or someplace. I just did it and within 20 minutes following there directions my headlights look brand new. not sorta good, brand new. There is no way to tell if the problem is on the inside. For 24 bucks give it a try

I used Repel with 40% deet to clean the haze off my rv headlights. Yes it is a bug spray, but it works. Headlights look like new now. I also did my daughters truck headlights and had the same results. Who would have thought that bug spray would work so well.

I was going to recommend Amazon as well. We replaced the headlights on my 2004 Montana for $20.00 (for both sides!). Its a good place to start looking!

Another thing to remember is that there are a LOT of forgeries out there and the Internet is one of the biggest suppliers of them. They are pretty good copies, right down to having the DOT numbers on them. But the quality is poor and the light output isn't the same.
