Help-2015 Adventurer 38Q No power to slide switches

Has anyone had this issue: I am not getting any real help from Winnebago. I extended the bedroom slide to reconnect (5th time) the bed air hose to the pump and when I finished the slide would not retract. The switch would not function. In doing trouble shooting I tried the other Schwintek slide and the Power Gear slide. All 3 had no power at the switches. I made sure that the brake was set, the engine running, the bats were at 14v, and the bat disconnect switches were not engaged. I think the parking brake switch is not the problem as the engine cluster light brake on is illuminated and the levelers show a message to set brake when the brake is off. The schwintek controllers show that they are powered. Setting the controllers to manual mode (7 pushes of reset and hold) still leaves the switches without power. I am at a loss. It has to be something common to the 3 switches. All CB's are in. I cannot find any other fuses associated with the slides. Any thoughts would be appreciated before I start pushing on WB.

Had the same issue. In my case I hotwired all three controllers to run the slides, then started looking for the problem.
The switches get their power from a 10A fuse that has nothing to do with the controllers. On my F53 chassis, there is a fuse block by the left drivers foot that had the bad fuse. I looked in the Ford chassis book and there was 3 or 4 fuse slots listed as "coach builder fuse" and that's where the switches were powered from. Power came from that fuse block, to the emergency brake switch, to the ignition switch and then to the slide switches.
Most likely you have the same type setup.
Oh, and yes, I talked to Winnebago and they didn't have a clue, said to take it back to the dealer.

Thanks alank. I saw 3 - 1 in square type fuses in that location. I will check tomorrow.

Mine was a little red 10A spade type fuse in the bottom area on the block. Pull all the 10A first and look at them.

Thanks again alank. Do you have any pictures of fuse/breaker box? My slide controller has power. We put the controller into manual mode, but the switch would not operate.
Thank you.

Great job alank. It was a 10a fuse in the cockpit.
Thanks. Did you have a second issue of the fuse failing? I wonder what caused the first.

Have not had a second one burn out, but carry some extra's just in case. First time around, had to make a trip to town, real close, to get fuses.

Another one you might want to get is the 125A fuse for the jacks (any auto store). If the jacks can't get things level and overwork the pump, it will burn this fuse and you won't be going anywhere until you get the jacks up. In my case, I hot wired the jacks too, to get them up and repositioned, then went and got two fuses so I'd have a spare. Mine is located behind the bank of circut breakers behind the outside door below the driver. The circut breaker panel must be removed to access the heavy fuses behind.
