Help! Back-up camera image is UPSIDE DOWN

We installed our wired back-up camera 3 years ago when we went fulltime, and never had a bit of trouble with it.

Our dog occasionally has knocked the monitor around, jumping on and off the dash, but still no problems.

Suddenly, the image is now upside down. I checked the box/manifold under the dash that all the wires plug into, but it only has a control for "mirror image" vs regular image.

I actually was able to take the monitor off the stand and prop it upside down to use it, but that's not a long term solution (not unless I use duct tape )

Any ideas why it did it and how this thing can be fixed?

Not sure what brand you have but on my new one, if you go into settings on the screen, you can select mirror, which flips it left to right, and flip, which flips it top to bottom. Hope yours does too! mine's a Weldex...

Or you can get that heavy duty double side tape instead of duct tape.
