Help Headlights haunted

Ok not really haunted... but we are on vacation and our headlights on our 03 national seabreeze just started coming on at some time in the middle of the night...we go to bed headlights are off when we get up they are on and we cant turn them off. Tried everything except pulling fuses or removing bulbs.??? any suggestions? we have been hitting some really bumpy roads and maybe could have loosened a wire??? but it strange that they wont turn off and come on at random???? any suggestions or thoughts would be really appreciated))))

I would start by checking the headlight switch and see if there is a wire that has come loose. Maybe it fell onto a contact to turn on the headlights while you were sleeping.
