Call a hydraulic distributor in the Austin area. Describe your issue. They may have a coupling on the shelf. All you need are the shaft sizes and the key size.

In answer to your question go to a machine shop they should be able to do it. Also it is possible that a shop that makes driveshafts would do it. But between those two types of shops you should be able to get it put together good enough to get you home.

UPDATE:

I was able to find one side of the clutch. I'm also getting the insert in about an hour.

A machine shop in Austin said they could make the third piece if I give them the other 2. Fingers crossed!

As for bolting the two pieces together, one shop said they wouldn't recommend it since the insert is there to absorb vibrations. Just bolting them together may vibrate and damage more difficult to find parts like the fan motor this clutch is connected to.

Alright, I finally got all the parts.

I put it back on but it seems to be vibrating pretty bad. I think it needs to be aligned but I'm not really sure how to do that.

This is on Magnaloy's website:

The Model 500 was the original coupling selected by the Beaver Motor Home manufacturer for this application. The pump is mounted to a welded bracket assembly which is mounted to the engine to provide alignment of the engine drive and pump. Due to loading and difficulty in providing accurate alignment of the pump and engine via this bracket, some owners have experienced coupling insert failure. If this insert is not changed, failure of the coupling hubs will result. Accurate alignment of the couplings hubs is required for extended insert life.
