Need to find where you can hook up an outside supply of air pressure on your RV. Should be near tanks. Portable air pressure will work.

Maybe the 4-spd Allison is different than the 6-spd I have.

The Allison manual for my tranny says if the engine is shut off with transmission in gear, it will switch to neutral the next time the ignition is turned on.
Does you transmission shift mechanically or electrically (like the 6-spd model).

tanks look like they are prepped to give air to air tools and such... i do not see where they can be hooked up to get air

Use the paint compressor to air up the coach. Look for fitting behind front grill.

Look at the bottom or the tanks for drain valves.

Take on out and fill from there. There may be 3 drains. Find the on on the smallest tank or the shorter section of a tank with 2 drains. A weld seem will be visable on a 2 chamber tank.

You can also just jump the starter solenoid to get it running. Be sure your not in danger while starting it in gear. Once a bit of air builds, shift to neutral.

It shifts Pneumatically... air actuated. not Electric

Find the drain valve on the wet tank [should be under coach at back] engine air compressor will go to dryer [if you have one] then to wet tank. Remove drain valve and screw in quick connect air fitting or better still, a T with the drain valve and air fitting on it, and use electric air compressor to fill. Then shift to neutral and start coach.

Air doesn't care. You may need a gender-bender quick connect fitting but you should be able to get enough air in the system to get your transmission to shift.

Most DP will have an air fitting to air up the suspension for if and when the coach needs to be towed. You might have to change the hose from a female to a male to plug into the coach. When we were towed close to 20 years ago, it was a simple thing to do.

UPDATE...: the service department inflated the FRONT air tanks... and the front suspension rose. When they got in the coach... they checked the air gauge. One of the needles is on 120 psi... the second orange needle is still on Zero. The transmission still will not shift out of "D". I am told this coach has two separate compressors one for front one for rear bags and engine. they are looking for rear tank

There are 3 tanks, connected to one compressor.

The compressor supplies the wet tank. That tank supplies the 2 tanks that have gauges.

If they keep trying, they will find the correct tank to fill.
