Angry HELP - Trying to winterize 05 Diplomat

Hi, trying to winterize the MH, but the hot water tank keeps filling with antifreeze. The rig has a prevent a freeze system and doesn't have a hot water tank by-pass valve. There are two switches in the bathroom, one says winterize/normal and the other says bypass/normal. I placed the first switch to winterize and tried the second to the off position and the bypass position. How can I get the hot water tank to remain dry.

I would operate the switch's until you get the right combination, fill tank with water until no water shows out drain opening.
Make sure your BDC switch is on so valves operate.
For the rest of winterizing here is a link.

Well, unfortunately we have already attempted winterization in our 1999 Dip. Our trusty RV guy had installed a bypass for the HW tank, but somehow DH misread it and now the HW tank has the pink stuff in it. What now? Roughly a ton has drained out because of course the HW tank was not plugged -- if you're laughing uproariously at this, and picturing the big puddle of Pink Stuff underneath the RV -- please let me know what the next step is to get rid of said Pink Stuff. Please. Thanks.

At least it is not expensive and you are better off being safe with antifreeze in it than sorry if it does freeze.

You could have saved it filtered into a bucket. Not as bad as filling a bath tub that holds a lot.
