A terrific mechanic solved the problem for me. It was a bad solanoid...found behind the front bumper where the rest of the unit is located. Hope this might help someone else in the future with a similar problem. Thanks again for everyones help.

Fuses for that unit can be scattered a bit.. I believe the main jacks fuse on my coach is in the battery control center..

There is also one fuse inside the coach under the dash (But it would not affect jack operation)
