In my rear bathroom I have two power panels in the cabinets over the toilet. One contains A/C circuit breakers and the other one has a 12" square circuit board with all the fuses and relays for the 12 volt DC circuits.
My pump fuse was a 5 amp on the circuit board.

Somewhere you have to have a fuse panel. I don't see any information on what kind of RV you have. You need to post the exact name, year, make and model of your coach and somebody with that model will tell you if there are more fuses located somewhere.

You need to measure the voltage at the pump. Light probes are useless in my humble opinion because there may be enough voltage to light it but not enough to run the pump. $10 will get a digital voltmeter at Harbor Freight or elsewhere.
