I live close by but only went in once, not for LOF, but to check an Allison code and get weighed. They have been around for 50 years and focus mostly on suspension issues.

You could get a LOF there, but it could be relatively expensive. Call them up.

Welcome to the forum!

I'm a big fan of Henderson's and had their shop do some handling improvements to my coach but have no experience with their general
service business.

They're good guys though and I would trust them if there wasn't a specialty shop (ie Freightliner Oasis) available.

Howdy!

I tried to work with Henderson to do some work on my Med Duty TV while I was in Quartzsite, and then at their location in Oregon. All I got was the run around for months, I would not do business with them myself.

Been there once, was impressed with their thoroughness and the report they sent to Newmar. Would definitely go back if I needed to. Have never considered them for general maintenance as I do it all myself anyway.

If I were going to have general service in Grants Pass/Medford area I'd probably opt for Pacific Power in Medford. Just my thought. Henderson is great for suspension & handling.
