Hi! Great looking coach. I like it.

I must be confused, trying to figure out how the 22.5" wheels helped on hill performance. Bigger wheels, raised the gear ratio. Taller gears, won't pull as hard?

I get more top speed, but better pulling up hills? What am I missing?

heres what happens..the gear ratio is too low in 3rd and too high in 4th... pulling a trailer up 7% grade the trans shifts down to 3rd... if you run it wide open 5000 rpm.. the rev limit shuts it off
and its not good for any thing so you have to back off,,,, so around 4200 its going 52 mph.... now with the taller tires I go up the same hill 4200 and I'm going 57 mph

same with freeway speed...the speedo is 11 % off... so at 55 I'm going a little over 60 ... 60.92 and at 65 im going 72

also makes it the fastest f53 on the road because it will now run over 83 mph...

Congrats
this is the lay out and size that works for us,, pull the boat good and easy to get around... we bought another vacation home in havasu and spend most of our time off there..

I wanted to wait for the new body style.. with the 6 speed.... but figured I didn't wanna order one and wait 3 or four months..

Congrats on your brand new "fix-r-upper". You have to be the best customer an RV salesman ever saw!

The Workhorse National Service Director loved to say "drive it like you stole it" when addressing our owners group. Apparently you have taken that advice,....... so I hope that applies to Fords too.

Congrat for your return to 26HE!

We just returned from a trip from MTL to Alaska with ours. IT IS THE PERFECT SIZE to go anywhere. The layout allows access to everything without extending the dining room: Snack or Snooze.

You can easily gain living space:

- Relocate the 3rd chair, it will ease the passenger chair rotation without any trade-off.
- Have some drawers made under the dinette seats

- Convert the shelf cabinet into a pull-out cabinet

We just love ours!

Congrats
I was wondering the same thing!! You sir, are an RV dealer's fantasy dream customer!!

My friends make fun of me for going through three motorhomes in the past DECADE, (well, since 2004)!

You went through a 22013 6HE, FR3, Tribute, Excursion, Montera, and now a 2015 26HE in two years!

That deserves at the very least a Christmas card from your dealership's owner.
