High Beam Headlight not work

I have a 2007 Fleetwood Discovery. The Drivers side high beam doesn't come on. I have changed bulbs, checked fuses that I can find and replaced headlights. Anyone have any ideas. I think it may be a buried fuse but not sure where else to look.

Give Fleetwood a call @ 800-322-8216 and get a wiring diagram.
