Holiday Rambler awning

Just purchased a HR 2008 Neptune. The power awning goes out just about horizontal, no slant to it. Can't imagine it will shed any rain. Is there any modification to slant it to shed rain?

There are some silver buttons on the arms that you can push in to move the arms in order to adjust the angle I had a 2008 HR Neptune and that worked if you have a Carefree awning

Word of advise put it up in heavy rains or winds made for shade only.

Thanks all. Just looking for a little slant in a light rain. It's in for heavy rain and strong wind.
