New to group. Lot of information here. Can anyone tell me the pro's and con's of the stated M.H. Can pick up a excellent cond. 35000 mi. for $25000. Does that sound like a reasonable price? Anything I should look for.
I "listen and learn from those that have been there done that".
Thank you for any reply and your efforts.

Jim:

Welcome to the forum . You may want to check under the Owners Corner in the Monaco Owners area....the folks there can probably give you good feedback on that coach.

Be sure to list the year, floor plan and other valueable info so as to get an accurate value. Good luck and have a great summer.

Check the NADA RV Guide and pay no more than the Low Retail value. And forget about any add-ons for options - the NADA guide lists values for RVs as usually equipped, even though some of that equipment may have been options from the factory.
