Need a little help, on the road in my 07 itasca my and when I turn the engine off the house batteries goes off to? Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you mean that all of your 12 volt DC circuits are dead after cutting the engine off, I would say that your House Batteries are likely dead and not charging back up when you are underway.
If they are flooded wet cell, is the electrolyte level where it should be?
Only using distilled water?
Age of batteries?
All of this comes to mind.

Start by checking the cable connections . They should all be clean and tight. Measure the voltage on the batteries . Should be above 12 volts. A cheap digital meter (under $20 is a good investment).
Replace them as a pair or what ever you have. The weaker will drag the stronger down to it's level.
