My wife got tired of me night after night for a year and half searching the web. I can not tell you how many motorhomes I looked at. From PPL to RV Trader to EBay I search and narrowed my choice to 3 manufacturers. Then I started on price shopping, looking at PPL Googling etc. i new I was going to end up traveling to pick-up motorhome so I lined up a friend to fly out and drive it back for me after a once over. I found mine on EBay and called asap and asked for a walk through video and any known problems, I then knew what I was willing to pay and what it was worth. I called USAA found out the loan value and offered 10k below and they took my offer. ebay may not work for everyone , but I felt like I knew what I wanted , how much it was worth, and what I wanted to pay. I could not be happier. No problems with MH research research research that's half the fun !!!

Did I understand this correctly--anyone can call "USAA" and get the payoff amount to anyone else's loan? Hard to believe that is possible. I must have misread ..

No BS.

My fuel mileage is never as good as most purport, either.

I feel good about being honest about it all, though.

Remember, money is just a tool . . . just use it to make your life better. No magic, really.
