How do you determine it's level?

This is something that has always perplexed me.

I'm on my 5th rv and I still cant tell when the thing is leveled when I am sitting in the drivers seat looking around in the rv. I have always had to go outside and walk far enough away and look back at them to see is they are sitting upright and not leaning this way or that.

So my question is, how do you determine it's level?

You might try using a bubble level.

There are levels made for RVs that will tell you when you are level. I have seen some people use carpenters levels. You can even use a glass of water on a flat surface and look for the water level.

I use a torpedo level on the table or floor ..

I have a small round bubble level near my leveler controller, and I fine tune side to side with the shower door. Not as concerned front to back.

I have an app on my Samsung phone that includes a bubble level. I've tested it against several levels including a carpenter's level and several bubble levels. It's not necessary to be dead on. As long as you're comfortable, the refrigerator will be close enough.

My HWH system is set up to "Auto-level" our Coach so it is a tad higher in the front and is a tad lower on the roadside, so the A/C and rain water runs off the drivers side rear of the Coach. If no rain is forcasted when we are out, I use the auto level then adjust by the microwave/bathroom door's to be more "Level" I also check the pocket door in the bedroom to see how it glides back and forth.

I have two 9 inch carpenters levels. I put both on the kitchen counter, one front to back and one side to side. After the "auto-level on the MH is complete, I keep it level front to back and "Tweak" it slightly lower on the driver side so any water runs away from the door and awning side.

Well if I don't fall out of bed I am OK but my wife has different rules her rule is level the stove. She sets a fry pan on the stove with water in it my job is to level the pan so she can cook. Then I go fishing til it's time for dinner.

I have front to rear and side to side bubble levels next to my jack controller. But as an old sailor, I don't put too much stock in "level".

I lick my finger and hold it to the wind.

Then I press the auto level button and wait for it to cycle. DONE!

That finger tricks works every time.
