How is the wheel lip attached on a 2007 Itasca Suncruiser.

We were on our first trip to Florida and the right front wheel lip started flapping in the wind. We had a terrible noise in the right front side around the tire right before it started flapping. We have no idea how this was even supposed to stay secured in the first place. But, everything was gone that held the wheel lip in place.
Any thoughts?

If you are referring to the aluminium wheel cover, it is held in place by two of the lug bolts that have marks on them. They are 180 degrees apart and have a small line engraved across the surface of each nut. These two can be unscrewed to remove the cover. The other lugs on the wheel cover are dummies. The actual wheel lugs are behind the wheel cover.

Carla, on mine there is a bracket that the panel attaches to with a nut and bolt. I have lost two nuts and bolts, so the last time I bought replacements I bought lock tite. No more problems. The bracket is a straight piece of metal with a hole in it. If you need any more help or a picture, send me a private message and I will go down to storage facility and take a picture and email you.
