Do you live out in the country or have access to a large yard? At our former S/B house, I had buried a 55 gallon barrel in the back yard with a single 4" drain line that ran out 20'. I fitted a pipe into the barrel sticking out of the ground and could dump my tanks at home.

The OP solved his problem by locating his Clean out - so he can dump whenever he wants-----no problem.

But few have read the post..

Maybe I should have quoted this before my last posting. Since he mentioned a stand pipe, I thought I might have something to contribute.
