How long can you boondock for?

We seem to max out at 5 days. By then black tank is full and fresh water is empty. This assumes I am able to charge the house batteries using the generator in the morning and top them up before going to bed.

I was told our house batteries were relatively new when we bought the unit last October but it seems a little far fetched.

Don't run generator at all unless we need air conditioning, with navy showers and water conservation, can go 7 or 8 days before needing fw.

We go 7-10 days.

Run out of fresh water long before filling waste tanks

**I added a extra dump valve on main drain header.
With it closed I open the black, grey and galley tank dump valves tying all of them together for 128 gallons of waste capacity
Fresh water is 80 gallons

In our previous Country Coach we could boondock almost two weeks thanks to large holding tanks. Cheat a little by dumping the gray tank which only gets relatively clean water. Since we "camped" mainly out in the dry west the vegetation was always grateful for the moisture. That is without solar and regular batteries and using the generator when running the microwave. I'm planning on serious energy efficiency work on this coach including changing the most frequently used lighting to LED plus taking advantage of the far better efficiency of current LED TVs.

Also considering converting to Lithium batteries for much faster charging rate and deeper capacity. This new coach will be a work in progress for quite some time.

We are good for about 3 days on battery without running the generator . The fresh water (100 gal) is good for at least 5 days. Our grey tank ( 42 gal) is the one that fills up first. The generator only gets run for the toaster , microwave or air conditioner .

It all depends on the size of your tanks. I don’t know the OP’s rig, but we moved a really nice Winnebago floor plan we liked a lot off the list because they only had a 45 gallon gray tank. We ended up with another unit with 70 gallon gray, and it lasts the two of us 7 days without any major sacrifices. As for generator use, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening is pretty standard if you don’t have solar.

(And yes, I know some Winnebagos have bigger tanks, just not the units we liked.)

So we have:
Black: 51
Grey: 71
Fresh: 92

Our black is always the problem child. Does that mean we are full of sh**?

Last weekend parked on Thursday afternoon, needed to dump by Monday morning.

With two maceration toilets we can go 2 to 2-1/2 days before having to dump. Grey 71 gallons, Black 51 gallons.

Ten days is comfortable without extreme conservation. We use about ten gallons a day.

If it was hot weather, I might double that usage rate. But if it was hot, we wouldn't be there, either.

10 days is good for us. Sometimes we only get to 7, depends on where we are....

Do you know for sure the black tank is your limit, or is it just indicating full? Indicators are notoriously incorrect, especially the black tank. Turn off the water pump, open the flapper, and look down with a flashlight. My guess is you are not full after a few days, just your indicator shows it.

On one coach had the same problem with black tank filling up first. Adjusted flow valve [still enough to get things gone] and problem was solved. Thinking now, less that a quart a flush.

with 100 fresh, 50 black, and 50 grey I’ve gone 9-10 days
Paper, plastic & navy showers

Could go further but that’s the extent of my squeakyness
