How many hours on your genset (generator)?
I was wondering how many hours are on your generator? I have a Onan 12,500 KW unit. I'm sitting out about 532 hours.

My 2006 8kw has about 580 on it. Believe it's an Onan....can't remember. I change the oil and filter every 100 hours or annually, WCF. Air and fuel filter every 500 hours.

Bought our '02 DS in 2012. At that time (10 years of age) the Onan 7500 had a touch over 450 hrs. Now, 5 years later (with annual routine maintenance) the Hobbs reads 1100 hours, and the unit starts as briskly and runs as smoothly as ever. Diesels love to run.

2003 Onan 281 hours, the inverter and 3 coach batteries save a ton of time on the generator.

2002, QD 7500, 980 hrs yearly oil/filter, clean arrestor plug, air filter, every 2 yrs.! I coolant chg., 5 yrs.
