Our first motorhome was a 30' Travelcraft gasser on GM chassis. Had it 6 years and put about 40k on it. Second motorhome was a 1991 38' Beaver Contessa (our first DP) and had that coach a little over 7 years and drove it about 60k as we were doing a lot of racing at the time with the first two coaches. Our current coach we bought in 2007 and have now put almost exactly 50k on it.

So doing the math on motorhomes only in the past 21 years we have driven 150k miles.

Mike.

Had to laugh at this........"doing a lot of racing with the two".

Anyway, my first MH was new, I put 30k on it, 5k plus a bit on the 2nd, just bought the 3rd and only 700 from Houston to OKC. So, looks like about 40K total. Not counting all the ones I put on the pickup pulling the 5er.

Ya, that doesn't sound right when I read that back to myself.

Let me try again. We were racing a lot during the time frame in which we had the first two and used them for transporting our race trailer. That sounds better.

I'd guestimate between 90 and 100k, between three motorhomes (interspersed with 5 trailers). I've obviously got a long way to catch up with some of our high rollers!

122K miles over 15 years. Lot's more towing a trailer with a pick-up before that.

Dang, this makes me wonder what the hell I've been doing.
