How many of you have your kitchen on the driver’s side???
How many of you have your kitchen on the driver’s side and what make, year and model? Although I am not actually looking to trade to something else right now, If we ever do, it would be for one that had a driver’s side kitchen. Friends of ours have a 2000 Winnebago that has the best layout we have ever seen. Kitchen on the left and dinette overlooking their own patio.
I just can’t imagine that Winnebago was the only one to make such an animal.

Our 2001 Winnebago Journey has kitchen on DS with dining table at window on PS. We often open the window to pass food or dishes back & forth vs having to open the door everytime. We love it!

We have a Winnebago 38J, kitchen on driver's side. That is one of the reasons I spent nearly 2 years looking for one of these models! It also has the tall 3 windows on the passenger side, so the main view is out that side, instead of at the neighbours sitting outside of their rig.
Got to love this floorplan. Here's one much like ours, only different colors and some options......
Still can't believe Winnebago only produced this floor plan 2005-2008!

We have a 2005 Itasca Horizon 40ft. with kitchen on the drivers side slideout, has a pull out prep area with storage cabinet below, passenger side slide out has 6ft buffet with table & chairs and TV & built in console for dvd player our dish receiver etc.
I love our motorhome there is very few things I would change about it. I currently would change interior colors, they are beige and red and I would like a brighter color for the valances. Everthing is easy access to get to & has lots of storage.

Our dinete is not on the patio side. Wish it was. In viewing the new coaches recently at the FMCA convention in Phoenix I noted most were showing with dinnette in the patio side. Seems they have heard us.

Monaco, Holiday Rambler (PAQ options) and Gulf Stream Atrium are some DP models that were available from around 2004-2007 with the atrium layout- kitchen on the DS and large windows on the PS. Some had free standing tables. The layout was available on the Windsor, Camelot and Diplomat models at Monaco, and equivalent HR model, like Scepter (= Camelot). The model wasn't that popular as they supposedly were too hot in the summer in the south, but we prefer the great view (and we'll be up north in the summer).
Gulfstream also had some gasser Sun Cruiser models with an atrium with skylights during that time period.
Good luck!

My dinette is on the patio side and kitchen is on the drivers side. The floor plan was one of the major reasons I purchased my coach.

We have a Holiday Rambler 40 PAQ with the table on curb side, kitchen road side. We love to have our meals looking out to scenery instead of another RV or toward the road. Also, have two Euro chairs that we like to sit and have coffee while looking out. But if the weather permits, there is nothing better than sitting outside. Monaco and Gulfstream have Atrium floor plans and I'm sure others do too.

Taking delivery on a Winnebago Adventurer 35P this month. Having the dinette on the passenger side was a requirement. Kitchen is on the driver side.
