the only thing I see dated in our 2003 Holiday rambler vacationer are the TV's which we are switching out to high-definition flat screens. Other than that it's home sweet home.

Thanks! I was able to repurpose some of the face frame that was used to hold the tube TV in place. Those cabinet doors are actually drawer fronts for traditional house cabinetry. we stain those two cabinet doors today and also the two cabinet doors in the bedroom where that TV was also removed gained a tremendous amount of storage by doing away with the small tube TV in the bedroom. When complete I will post some more photos.

It seems to me the newer coaches are “zooty”, trying to look modern. Sometimes blingy. I say this because my tastes are traditional and older coaches suit me. My oh six CC Intrigue has a traditional interior. I like it. Comfortable.

Wonderful remodel job!!
You did a great job matching the stain. I agree the older RVS are much better/sturdier than the new cheaply made RVS. I tell DH the RVS we see at shows remind me of the inside of coffins. Nothing wow about them. Also very expensive.

Our Coach is 16 years old. I worked in the construction industry most of my life. Our Coach matches homes that are being built today. Carpet, oak and some type of wood floors. So even at 16 years old it's not dated. Although it does not look like the inside of a Las Vegas casino. I have updated the TV's from the old tube type (they were dated) to flat screens.
