How often do you use your class A DP

Just like the title says, how often do you use your class A DP? This is a question for the non full timers. I have a Fleetwood Providence 40x it is a beautiful coach but it kills me to see it sit in my warehouse, I usually only do weekend trips and a couple week long trips each year but it seems like in the past year we are getting out less and less and now we have not used it since November. I hate to sell it but I hate to see it sit. So how often and how many miles a year do you do a year on average.

Well, not enough either. However, our coach is out of storage from April 1 to November 1 each year. A two week trip in the spring, a two week trip in the fall, a week at the local county fair, and at least one long weekend each month. We put on 5 to 7,000 miles per year. Can't wait to stretch out to 5 to 60 days a couple times per year.

Two different week long trips to FL during the winter...about 6000 miles there. One two vacation traveling around in the summer and a few weekend here and there.

One year when we had our TT we only got out two weekends! Some years are good some aren't as good lol

We will start using our DP by mid-March, and use until November. We will spend several weekends at a reservoir about 75 miles from home but also take a few longer trips. We typically put around 7000 miles each year. Hopefully in a few more years we will be using it during the winter spending a month or two in warmer weather!

It's not much different that having a boat, you must plan
to use it every chance you get, and make all your plans
accordingly. Make it the focus of your recreation, invite
friends, family, go anywhere you haven't been before, and
back to your favorite places. Make plans in advance.
If you don't use it, it will nag you until you do,
or it will make you sell it to another.

Before going F/T, all possible weekends and all vacation time was in the MoHo.

Miles? 4 to 6 K per year. But weekends, ahhh those joyous weekends, we most often at places where it took me longer to check in than it did to get there! About 5 miles. How far do you need to go to be out of the house?

It is amazing enough how we beat up our bodies and brains to make a living. But allowing life to keep us from RVing is downright unhealthy. Get the heck out there!

Spent 146 days in our coach in 2013. Have plans to spend 170 to 180 days in 2014.
Have to use it to be able to afford it!

2wks in March, 2wks in July and as many summer weekends as possible, maybe 6 -7. About 6-7k per year.

Boys are young and really want to go, I'm sure that will change soon

We use out of town kids' swim meets year round, which are about every other month. We also take it out for weekends just for fun, averaging 12-15 weekends per year. Then we take a couple of weeklong trips too, or possibly longer.
