How to change water filter in 2008 Beaver Contessa?

The water filter is in the middle of the coach between the propane tank and wet bay. It's laying on its side and I'm curious as to how I'm going to change without making a mess...

There is valve on one of lines leading to the WF - I assume it is the 'IN' line but what about the line leading out?

Anyone change the WF on their Contessa?

Ok as I suspected, I did make a mess. PO removed the filter (probably because it is a PIA to change) so I will try one from HD. I'm afraid that the filter will be hard to install in the horizontal position. If it's no more difficult than accessing it behind the wet bay, it won't be as bad as I thought.
