How to Repair Plumbing leak on Slide
I have 2000 Monaco Executive 2 slide.
Have a leak on the "T" where the Slide Flex hose connects to Grey Water Tank as shown on attached drawing.
Leak is at point where white Spa Flex Tubing connects to ABS Tee into Grey Tank.
Anyone know how to repair this? Im thinking that the Tee must be replaced but how to separate it from the Grey tank ABS is my concern.
I could glop a bunch of Silicone on the flex/T joint and hope it holds but I'd rather fix it properly.
Suggestions??

If you have room to get either a saw's all, oscillating tool, or small rotary too you could try cutting slits in several location around the collar and then using a chisel to chip it loose.
I've had success doing the above with different types of PVC pipe, if you've got the room I'd give it a try.

Only way to make room is to cutoff pipe going to shower - can add new section later. Then Cut of tee from Grey tank fitting. Once that's done i can make some cuts in remaining collar at grey tank fitting. Then add new "T" and shower ABS. Next will be to see what needs to be done to separate flex from remainder of old "T" and re-cement it into new "T".
Sounds like fun - I'm a big guy and need to crawl in cabinet under cooktop to access the plumbing. Hope I fit ...Grr!

That could get worse trying a permanent fix. I'd try wrapping it with "Tommy Tape Miracle Wrap Self-Fusing Silicone Repair Tape" which can be found on Amazon and some hardware stores have it. I found it in Quartzsite at the Tent. It really comes in handy.
I'd give it plenty of thought prior to cutting. The tape could buy you more time?

There are a number of different brands of silicon self-fusing "Rescue" tapes on the market; any hardware store will have some.
If there is room to get to the leak and tightly wrap around it, the tape can be a (semi) permanent fix, as can some of the spray leak-fix things.

The OP said he want's to repair the leak the proper way,, the proper way failed. I believe silicone or other flexible adhesive would work just fine. And an easier fix.

You could try to find a young thin good auto mechanic type to crawl in for you. They would be used to working/blind one handed in a tight spaces. It would be as bad of job with you handing off stuff. At least it would be clean place to work. Back in my day as young man you could of found 30 guys in my neighborhood that could whip that job out with a bit of your knowledge/ direction just not like that anymore.
