If I recall correctly, that plastic covering that goes around those 2 switches comes off. I think it just snaps into place, underneath that piece are the screws that holds this light on. The bulbs can be removed then from the backside. I thought my bulbs did not work but the dash head light switch needs to be turned on to the left and then the rocker switches will control the on/off of the lights.

Thanks, got it open. Bulbs are good. Not getting electricity. No blown fuses that I can find. I have no idea where it is wired in.

On my MH this light is powered by the coach batteries and not the chassis. I'm not sure why but that's the way it is on mine. Like I said I have to turn my headlight dash switch to the left (like the old courtesy/dome lights) for it provide power to the switch and then you turn the lights off/on with the light switches. Hopefully yours is something like this?

When I first got my motor home I was having an RV guy work on it. I was looking at my lights over the driver seat and figured the bulb was out. He just turned it on with the dash light dimmer just like on a car. I guess I was thinking too hard that it would be different. It has a switch on it also you have to have on.
