HR Coach Number

Being new to forum, I hope this is the proper place to ask my question. We purchased a 2007 HR Neptune last month. I am curious about the significance of the number across the top of the coach - front and rear. It starts with the HR followed by a number. ie "HR 123456".
Thanks in advance.

tinman1...your question is probably best asked in the Monaco Forum - but I believe that is your HRRVC number. You may want to contact them to verify that.

The HR Coach number is not the HRRVC number. The coach number is always the last six digits of the Unit Serial Number. Besides next to the driver's seat, the number can usually be found on the small metal (RVIA) plate mounted outside to the left of your entry door.

I recommend a Yahoo Group that may be of interest to you.

ramblin_pushers : For Holiday Rambler Diesel Pusher Owners

The Ramblin Pushers group is the site used by the Special Interest Chapter 419 of the HR RV Owners Club. You do not need to be a member of either the club or the chapter to register and get involved in the conversation. The membership is about 800 strong and is dedicated to the maintenance from the chassis up of HR diesel pushers. We have a week long Maintenance Session annually in GoshenIN each spring. You need not be a member of the club or chapter to attend that either.

Sorry Tinman,
I engaged mouth (fingers) before brain. The number you refer to is the HRRVC number. When members sell or trade in they retain the number and can install it on another HR RV. The HRRVC club has a website that might be of interest to you. Simply go to www.hrrvc.org

Thanks for the confirmation, Florida Panhandler... and I am glad we could help and give you confirmation, tinman1.

FP.. does your statement mean that (as an example) if I owned an HR Neptune and had number 12345.. and I sold that rig...that number 12345 would stay with me until I bought another HR RV (no matter which model)...and then I could assign it to my newer HR?

Yess MM. It stays with the "family" - can even be given to the kids once you decide to give up on rving - provided, of course, they have a HR product.
