Hwh 210 pump problem

Hello all!! I have a class A with an hwh 210 system with control valve handles. I have 4 leveling jacks and 3 slide outs. The problem I知 having is whenever I turn the pump on switch on the pump continues to run. I知 told the pump should not run unless one of the valve handles are actuated. I read the hwh manual and in the troubleshooting section it says that a possible cause of this issue is A. Grounding switch at valve shorted. B. Pump relay stuck.
C. Relay control wire shorted to ground. I知 leaning towards a stick relay but was wondering if I知 testing this correct. I have 4 wires going to relay one is 12v power from battery, one is power to pump, one is pump relay supply, and the last is pump relay control. I tested for ground at the pump relay supply and I have ground but no ground at pump relay control. Correct me if I知 wrong but shouldn稚 I get power to the pump relay supply when the switch is on but the relay should only actuate when the pump relay control is grounded? If anyone has any thoughts please let me know. Thanks

i just read your question. yes, the relay is stuck. does your pump have two relays, one for the rooms and one for the jacks. maybe you will have to see which one is shorted.

No only one relay. Last night I disconnected all 4 wires going to pump relay control and turned the pump on. The pump ran which tells me that it痴 not a short to ground on the relay control wire side. I ordered a new relay last night. Thanks for the help!!
