HWH 310-series Leveling System/Slides inop

Hi all, just purchased a used 2002 32TD Itasca Horizon, diesel pusher less than a week ago. I was cleaning the interior the morning after purchase, and wiped the rag across the HWH control panel, causing the jacks to extend and retract erratically. After that, the jacks and slides will not work. We have checked the 40 amp fuse and the 2 20 amp fuses at the hyd pump; all check good. We pulled the control box from forward of the pedal compartment, pulled/checked fuses; all good. We removed the control panel cover, unplugged the wire connectors, plugged them back in (was told to check for fuses but there were none in there), and still won't work. We checked the fuses in the exterior front panel, all good there as well. The solenoid for the slides are good, we can hear it clicking. We have looked everywhere else for additional fuse boxes, and no luck. We have been told to look for a 10" x 10" plastic box, either directly behind the driver's front tire, possibly in entry step storage area, and that thing is nowhere to be found. I've asked about a re-set switch, and told there isn't one. We put a call in to Winnebago, and the tech Hank talked to knows someone from HWH, and is going to call him for additional advice, and call us back. In the meantime, are we overlooking a fuse box somewhere? Anyone else out there have this same coach / same problem? All interior lights work, entry steps work.

Go to the top of the page and search for "Azpete". He works for HWH and can get you pointed in the right direction.
