HWH 325 system

Hi, everyone. My HWH 325 jack & slide out system just quit. I was bringing in a rear slide and it just quit as well as all jacks and rooms (4), I originally thought it was the pump but after taking lines off the manifold and operating the pump there was fluid coming out. My air dump still works but nothing else. Is there a main electrical switch relay etc. I did bleed the system several times but no change. Pump appears ok. Any help would be appreciated. I checked all fuses on the main power control board and they were good.
Thanks bunches for any help

I'm probably not going to be very helpful, but I KNOW someone will be by that can help. In the meantime, here's a link to your manual in case you don't have one.

I'll be staying tuned to see what the fix is...

Good hunting!

Welcome to the site neighbor, sorry I can't help either but many here especially azpete know these systems. It may be as simple as resetting the system.

I had a similar problem on mine several years ago. My HWH system is located under the steps and had a clear plastic removable cover over the main circuit board control. There was a fairly large red wire (10 ga) at the top of the circuit board secured by a nut and lock washer. It appeared the nut was never tightened on original installation but tightened it up and everything worked again. May not be your problem but might be worth checking. Jim

Thumbs up Shuttle valve

It turned out to be the shuttle valve on top of the manifold. The inside spring assembly was just floating around in there. The small steel threaded shaft has come loose from its spring cap some how. Took valve apart rethreaded the shaft replaced a couple orings and voila it works. Saved me buying a new shuttle valve. Be careful taking the bottom part of the valve off as it is aluminum and easy to damage.

Damn I was going to say shuttle valve but it just would have been a half educated guess so I decided not too. lol Glad you got it fixed and thanks for letting us know what it was.

hwh jacks and slides system

I am having the same kind of issue with my HWH 325 system. Everything was working fine then suddenly none of the jacks or slides will work. The control panel is lit, but nothing works when one of the buttons are pushed. I have an Itasca Meridian 39k, 2005 diesel pusher. I do not know where to find the fuses for this? Any ideas?

imjeani, start by downloading and printing a service manual for your system.
it has a diagram of the control box, and a chart of the fuse locations inside the box. it also has a diagram of the led's and their functions when you push the buttons. check the link light in the box and on the back of the touch panel. check the fuses in the control box.
also check the inline fuse from the master relay to the control box. its in either a red or blue #10 wire about one foot from the battery cable connection on the master relay. there is a diagram of this fuse in the manual.
follow the procedures in the manual to fix the problem. without seeing the box myself, all i can give is an educated guess.
please feel free to call me at 1-602-549-3638. please leave a message. i dont answer hangups. i get too many of those from solicitors. i will call back asap.

my email is pfmaddox@att.net if you need a manual, email me and i will send one.
