HWH 625 Master Relay Location / Access
On my last outing my jacks would not retract, and I had to retract them by manually opening the hydraulic valves. They now will not do anything, but the driver's panel has power, and some of the lights on the control box are lit.
I suspect that the previous owner wired the master relay directly to the house battery. (There is a thin (18 AWG or so) wire connected to the house battery that must be there for the jacks to work.) I think that the relay may have failed due to 1) being 11 years old and 2) being activated 24/7/365. I cannot figure out where the master relay is, however. There is some sort of a black box below the HWH control box, but I don't see any way to get at the contents within.
Has anyone had to access the master relay for troubleshooting or replacement? If so, please let me know how one goes about getting to this critter.
Thanks as always to the wise and experienced folks on this board.

Do you have the owners manual for your system , it will have wiring diagrams for the way it should have been installed .
Available as a pdf at the web site.
Welcome to HWH Corporation
Also , I had trouble with a main 40 amp , in-line fuse , in the main harness about a foot from the pump motor , the waterproof fuse holder wasn't.
After I posted this picture to another member , he reported his; 625 series had the same issue.
In both cases , the control panel would light up , but nothing would happen when the buttons were pushed.
Any chance you could post a picture of this relay box your looking at?

Control Box Area
The first picture shows the area behind the control box. That's where the valves are, and I was able to open the T-stems and get the jacks to retract. I can't find the pump, which means that I don't know where to check the hydraulic fluid level. If I can find the pump, I think I'll also find the master relay and the pump relay.
In the second picture you can see a bundle of wires. At the bottom you can see where a few wires seem to be going into a housing or box. I'm wondering if that is where the pump and relays are. I can't imagine it being that hard, since checking the fluid should be part of routine maintenance.

Odd how much different the systems can be . My reservoir is directly below the solenoids and the cap is right by the " T " valves , the thick aluminum block houses the pump and the motor bolts right to it .
In this picture the solenoids are visible on the left , and the motor relay has been removed prior to removing the motor for repair.
Are you sure the cable with the red wrap around it; left side of the first picture doesn't go down to the motor?

After blowing up your pictures as large as I could , I think the reservoir is below the solenoids; yellow arrow; and the cap is under all the wiring; green arrow; . Motor may be between the aluminum block and the compartment wall with the hoses running through in your first photo, but with the camera angle there just doesn't look to be enough room.

Fixed!
Took it to the local shop I trust and they diagnosed the problem as being the control box. They ordered it and then got all backed up due to a family crisis, so I took the box and changed it out myself. Worked like a champ, and now it even does consistent autoleveling. Before, it would sometimes jack up the rear of the coach way beyond where it needed to go. Now I just tweak the leveling so that there is no bias in my bathroom door and then call it good enough.
I'm always relieved when an expensive part actually fixes the problem.

when you are not having fun, you are simply not spending enough money.
im glad you got it. sometimes, a person can fix their problems faster than relying on others. when you rely on others, you have to work on their schedule.

He does. Search on his user name and you'll find his contact information.
Of course, you can also post a new thread with your problem, in which case we might be able to help you too.

Look 3 posts above yours and call Paul (azpete) at the number he posted. You should download the manual for your system beforehand though.
