what you need is a RAP9517 reman cylinder. that is the cylinder part of your
AP19670 jack assembly. if they are pricing out he whole jack, yes it could be 500 dollars. you only need the cylinder. call hwh, they will tell you the same.

Just bought a jack direct from HWH to replace a bent one and had it in 2 days, Could not ask for better service from a supplier.

What are your jacks not doing ?, one lever on my very old controller was not working, the nearest service center did not know the internals, they just send the entre unit to HWH for rebuild, I contacted HWH and they sent me an internal diagram on PDF and talked me throught the workings, gave me tips on assembly and what to look for, from the photos I sent them they said at the MOST the cost in parts would be $49.95 if I did it,
How many companies today would spend this much time and effort on such a small item ?, the tech's hourly wages were more than the part I would of bought, but found a junk controller at my local RV store and I took the part I needed (Plunger/guide) he didn't charge me either, things are going nicely, except I don't have any parking brakes at the moment and nobody knows the workings of the Oshkosh Ford C6 trans drum brake system.

Had a similiar experience when a blowout destroyed my wiring. There tech support stayed with this dummy for a long time while we evaluated what to be done. I ended up ordering 120 worth of parts including a new board and harnesses. Their tech support gets a AAAA rating from me. Can't say enough good about these guys.
