HWH jack solenoid problem

I have a 2005 Allegro open road with HWH 325 series jacks.
the problem is the front jacks will not work up or down, unless you play with the solenoid release tabs. my wife works the up down buttons, well
I work the release valves. where can I get new solenoids, and how do you change them.
any help would be great.
Thanks Lorn

Lorn, I have attached the HWH Information Bulletin on the 325 solenoid replacement which may or may not help.

However, I'd call HWH and explain the problem you're having and let them help diagnose it. They can then tell you exactly what part to order and give you the instructions for anything that needs changing out.

Thanks I will call them. but have update, I changed two burnt fuses, the left jack is now working fine. the right solenoid just keeps blowing the fuse. I think that solenoid is shorting out and will need to replace it.
Thanks Lorn

It's a common symptom ...here's some old threads for example:

http://www.irv2.com/forums/f22/left-...use-82230.html

But, yes, call HWH so that they can properly diagnose. They're usually very helpful.
