HWH Leveler sudden retraction

We have 1997 HR Imperial and, in middle of night, had sudden spontaneous retraction of one jack. No apparent fluid leaks at jack or at supply. Retracted remaining jacks with no problem. Used auto mode to level again and the offending jack did not deploy. Had shuttle valve replaced about one month ago. Anyone have similar problem?

Sounds like the hydraulic valve for that jack has failed. If it opens, the jack comes up.

Gary is right each individual jack has its own valve and solenoid. If that valve is bad you will have the pressure release off of the jack. It will not deploy because you cannot get any pressure to move the jack out.

Just out of curiosity. Each one of the return solenoid valves has a manual pressure release for removing pressure on the jacks if the system fails electronically. I would check that valve to make sure it is closed tight. It might have been a bit loose and vibrated open a bit.
