HWH leveling not responding
I have a 2003 Tiffin Allegro with a manual HWH leveling system. When I park and proceed to level it will not engage. Lights come on the panel when selected, I think I hear sound like a solenoid click one time, the pump never starts. I have the e - brake engaged, trans in park, ignition in accessory or on.
I contacted HWH but was told it would be a couple of weeks before they could provide support.
Any suggestions on trouble shooting steps?

check voltage and fuses
Check and see if you have power coming from the batteries to the solenoid usually it is mounted on top of the pump motor. If main power present have someone activate the jacks from the control in the coach, check the other side of the solenoid (if it clicks) and power is coming off the output post. If solenoid dose not click look for blown fuse. If power coming out of solenoid to motor would say motor is bad. Mine works when ever it is turned on and if the jack legs are down it will not let me put it in drive.

Be sure emergency brake is down all the way. Mine goes two clicks.
I know I can't move my slides if the engine is on. I don't know if a slide sensor would contribute to your jack issue. Good Luck
I also think it helps to have the engine running when using the jack console to lower and raise the jacks.

If the pump motor does not start it may be the brushes in the motor if you are getting power to it.

On my old gasser, sometimes the parking brake switch would stick and I had to put on/off the parking brake a few times at various settings to get the switch to activate so the jacks would work.
This is with the old style manual foot emergency brake.

kirk, dont get lost looking for a fuse. most likely it wont be there. first, download a 305/325 service manual. it has all the diagrams for wiring, as well as a led diagram..check the led in the box for the park brake. if its on, the park brake connection is good. check the relays on top of the pump motor that control the power to the pump motor. jumper 12 volts to the back post on the motor. if it runs, then go back and check power thru the. relays. its. all in the manual.
email me at pfmaddox@att.net, if you cant find it on the hwh website

Thanks so much for the link to the Service Manual. Problem fixed. Followed manual Trouble shooting guide step for step. Found blown 5 amp fuse in control panel. System is working. Thanks again.
Thank all that have contributed to this issue.

Hi have had same problem , easy fix, if all lights on control board light up, here is the fix. Locate the control box ( mine was in the engine bay) you will see the control box has many wire coming in , the top wire harness will be loose, only play with it and it will work , when you will be back home un plug the harness and get it redonne for a new one that is not loose, this problem is very frequent on this type of company , hope this works is for you
