HWH Leveling system board fried - how to replace and diagnose reason it fried?
My HWH 310 series touch control pad smoked this weekend when I went to level it. No melted wires, it seemed to be contained to the circuit board under the touch panel. I know I need to replace the board. Where do I get a replacement? Sent email to HWH but no reply. Why would this happen? I don't want to get a new board and have the same thing happen again.

Lonnie, Thanks for the phone number. I did leave them an email on Sunday but I decided to follow your link to get their phone number. Called them and the lady said they never received my email. Then I got put on a waiting list to talk to one of their technical support professionals. She said they would call me back in 7 DAYS to answer my question! Wow, maybe it's time for HWH to hire some more people?!

AZPete on this forum is an authorized HWH technician. He's very responsive and helpful. Try to PM him.

A couple years back I had a problem with my HWH air leveling and emailed them and they got right back to me. I think the guy's name was Joe Portelli.
He helped me trouble shoot my problem which I created in the first place. I wound up shipping the control box to him and they repaired it for very little cost. I also ordered a new touch pad from them.
I hope you get your problem resolved.

Thanks to Paul (AKA AZPete) I was able to find the source of my problem. Thanks Koop for turning me onto AZPete.
It was a wire that had pulled loose from it's connector. The wire was the hot lead going into the jacks alarm. The alarm is mounted into the farthest, darkest corner under the dash. I repaired the wire connector, reattached it and hopefully we will not have a short when I go to replace the control panel on the dash next week.
On a side note: I did get a call late yesterday from the HWH tech, so it wasn't actually 7 days to get back to me as they had originally said.
Here is a picture of the repaired wire to the alarm (the red wire connection).
