HWH leveling system on Class A

I have a 2005 Country Coach Affinity 770 45' coach but I don't think this is strictly brand specific so I thought I would post it on the general Class A forum. If I am wrong I will move it to the CC forum. My problem is my leveling system will burp off air occasionally and then the compressor will kick on right after to try and relevel the coach, this happens sometimes when you move around in the coach and sometimes just out of the blue for no particular reason. I have looked on the HWH site and nothing particularly stood out in the trouble shooting guide. The other issue and I think it is related is the coach has trouble leveling in the rear and more so at the driver rear corner of the coach.

My thoughts are it is a leveling sensor and or a air valve but not sure. I was thinking that someone else has had a similar problem and can give me some direction.

If you do not have an automatic air dump, do a manual air dump then level. If you cannot dump while the engine is running, turn it off, dump turn key to accessory. The HWH system should be enabled in the accessory position. If you have slide outs, once level, you may need to restart the engine to extend the slide outs.

My HWH 2000 air leveling system, when in auto level mode, will go to sleep mode after leveling and then every 30 minutes or so, wakes up to check the level condition.

If any relevelign is needed (due to things like an air (bag) leak, or a weight shift in the coach) it will try to relevel. First it will dump air, from the high side airbags to relevel (it always tries to level by dumping air first). If that does not relevel then HWH will add air to the low side (either using coach air if there is enough air in tanks, or by running the Aux electric compressor).

My HWH thinks my parking break is not set or the transmission is not in park. They clearly are.

A call to HWH did not get returned until I was back home (in Canada). It is still pooched.

I usually dump the air then level. Did that to get the rig closer to the ground since my late DW was vertically challenged and liked the step as low as possible. Have never had what the OP describes.

I do have an auto air dump. This happens when you go to auto level. The system seems to work correctly except when the rear is low.

This sounds like what mine may be doing. When it warms up and drys out around here I will get under it and check for leaks and bad valves or sensors.

Yes they are very slow to respond from my experience. Not the friendliest or most helpful folks either.
